Marketing Communication Specialist
The Mar-Com Specialist is responsible in assisting the implementation of an effective and integrated B2C marketing & publicity strategy for beIN Media Group MENA within agreed campaign plans, budgets and timescales.
Missions
- Work closely with the Manager of Marketing Communication to assist in the development of beIN Media Group MENA B2C Marketing strategy, devised to achieve beIN Media Group overall strategy and business objectives.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of B2C marketing campaigns within agreed budgets and timescales and in accordance with approved Marketing & Publicity strategy for beIN Media Group.
- Identify relevant opportunities to raise audience awareness of beIN Media Group MENA and drive subscription revenues and viewership through B2C marketing activity and publicity opportunities within key markets and target audiences as identified within Marketing Communications plans.
- Assist in the identification of credible advertising, media planning, digital and creative agencies
- Assist in the development of creative promotional briefs and ensure delivery of the highest creative standards through effective management of external agencies and suppliers.
- Assist in the effective project communication amongst all internal (key beIN Media Group stakeholders) and external teams (advertising agencies and suppliers), through the use of consistent briefing documents, work logs and action points required for smooth implementation.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of Pay TV and broadcast market trends and key competitor activity ensuring these are considered during planning and implementation.
- Safeguard the branding of beIN Media Group across all marketing.
- Provide regular activity reports detailing marketing achievements, results, and evaluation of all implemented campaigns and events.
- Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested.
Required qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in a Marketing, Communications or Business related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a marketing/communications role preferably within the broadcast and/or media industry.
- Written and Spoken Arabic and English languages is a must. French language is an advantage
