Senior Data Warehouse Architect (F/M)

beIN MEDIA GROUP is looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Architect (F/M) as part of the global digital data team. Position will be in charge of all aspects of data management services within beIN’s digital OTT platforms, to include enterprise data architecture, business intelligence, and data warehousing. The Sr. Data Warehouse Architect will play the lead role in building both the team and the organizational capabilities necessary to migrate data from multiple sources into an integrated cloud-based platform that enables advanced data mining capabilities and business analytics

Missions

• Build and lead a team of data engineers to create a global data warehouse and enterprise integration platform.
  
• Analyze current systems and develop roadmap to improve operating cost and project performance of existing servers and cloud resources in deploying and operating data management solutions.
  
• Identify which data points beIN needs and defines architectural layout of the data tables and detailed table structure of the central data warehouse.
  
• Establish and maintain data management and governance best practices and standards, and ensures consistent application of those practices across the organization.
  
• Maintains compliancy to regional laws on data such as GDPR and gives guidance on the subject to Systems Operations Specialist.
  
• Implement measures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  
• Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance, automation and scalability.
  
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance on acquisition of new data sources and how those integrate into our data environment.
  
• Establish SLA’s and continuously monitor, refine and report on the performance of data management systems and technical functionality (e.g. scalability, security, performance, data recovery, reliability, etc.)
