Head of Direct Sales Team (Morocco)
The Head of Direct Sales Team is responsible to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. The goal is to manage his team in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
Missions
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Meet monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target with his team
- Perform other duties relevant to the job required
Required skills
- Relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and verbal Arabic and English language skills. Other languages is a benefit
- Computer and various research and traffic software

Required qualifications
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience in any similar role
