Indirect Sales Manager (Morocco)
The Indirect Sales Manager is responsible to provide highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.
Missions
- Provide leadership, direction and development to all aspects of indirect distribution and sales channels
- Implement indirect distribution and sales channel strategies, and accurately and proactively manage sales forecasts. Deliver the sales targets set for the indirect channels (customers, revenues, costs of sales)
- Manage assigned indirect sales resources and their performance to ensure they are appropriately utilized and meet assigned sales and growth targets
- Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growth
- Develop a clear understanding our individual markets and their sales and promotional needs and opportunities
- Must develop status reports, establish schedules and attend meetings with internal staff
- Insure the achievement of assigned indirect channel sales allocations
- Perform other duties relevant to the job required

Required qualifications
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in any similar role
