Officer Training and Development – Qatar
The Officer - T&D coordinates and handles training and development solutions, and plans, organizes and oversees training programs. The Officer T&D is responsible for record keeping and reporting and will manage projects related to the implementation of performance management.
Missions
- Overall logistic of training (in-house and overseas), including registration of staff to the formal and E-learning courses.
- Coordinate individual training needs, and ensure employees receive statutory required training.
- Communicate training events through sending joining instructions and following up with employees and managers
- Tabulate results of evaluation forms from each course to analyse and summarise data with Senior Officer.
- Deliver certificates and communicate results of training courses to the participants, including saving all documents in the applicable system and certificates in the employee file
- Maintain accurate and timely records of training in training database.
- Receive all incoming transactions by regular mail or e-mail and send it to the training and development team leader.
- Coordinate the scheduling and planning of training, internships and development initiatives for beIN staff and stakeholders.
- Assist with scheduling venues, resources and support materials for training and development programs.
- Participate in implementation of performance management as required.
Required qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or high diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in human resources -Training and Development.
