In accordance with the Strategic Vision of beIN MEDIA GROUP, the Talent Development Program aims to support and enhance the implementation of one of the main four pillars that form Qatar National Vision, (QNV 2030), which is the Human Development Pillar, that among its objectives is to provide Qataris with a world-class educational system that equips citizens to achieve their aspirations and to meet the needs of Qatar’s society. In light of that, beIN MEDIA GROUP introduces a comprehensive National Talent Development Program in the field of Media Industry that offers a wide range options of academic capacity building programs to Qatari youth post their high school graduation and during their undergraduate study. The GROUP will work effectively on providing the selected Qatari calibres with all the essential skills and leadership competencies required for the current and future leadership and managerial positions at the organizational structure of the GROUP.

The ultimate goal of the program is to prepare professional and talented calibres, and to equip them with required skills and competencies that enable them to compete successfully in the international media industry. The major objective of the program is to ensure that Qatari calibres are well equipped to take the leading ranks among other countries in the media industry not only regionally but internationally as well, and to have a leading role in this competitive and dynamic industry.
